We have been told the wt has collapsed. They simply cannot be constructing new buildings.
Well I haven't heard of many kingdom halls being built anywhere. I don't think I've read anywhere someone proclaiming it has collapsed. It has stagnated big time and as a result not much construction is going on. The ONLY reason this one is being constructed is because the congregation currently meets in a community hall within a trailer park so they are basically being forced to build it.

Sparky1- this is the new design for all kingdom halls so yes, most likely identical to the one you're talking about.

This one is in Eastern Washington. It's pretty small as it seems to be about 25' x 65' and will have a capacity of around 80.
This will sell very easy in the future if need be unlike the current design khs which are more difficult to sell. It could be converted into a fast food restaurant or professional office without huge costs. Also, the location is excellent as it is located on the corner of a busy state highway and main entrance to the town.
after the conviction of arch bishop phillip wilson for concealing sex abuse in the church and cardinal pell"s trial getting underway.. this leaves it wide open for the victims to seek redress.. if you are taken to court expect the wts to through you under a bus and wipe their hands of any blame.. if you think putting your assets in a trust or transfering them into your wife,childrens name...to late any lawyer will argue you only did that to stop any victim seeking redress.. i think the victims will all ready be contemplating their course of action and don't be surprised if court action is not far away.. karter..
